The national law on general order makes "inappropiate behaviour in public" a criminal offence. Singing out loud, yelling at your wife in a parking lot, urinating in a dark alley, having a beer in a park (...) - it's all illegal! Just imagine if it weren't - we'd all live in complete anarchy!

VERKEHRSREGELN
Changing lanes or trying to get onto the motorway reveals the attitude that helps Finland bring home international trophies. In other countries your driving teacher tells you to politely make way for others. Not in Finland. Here they teach you an aggressive Darwinist appproach to traffic and the basic rule of "first come, first served". If somebody wants to change lanes in front of you, make sure to cut them off.
